Because fabricated metal buildings have to be transported over roads, they are generally limited to interior ceiling heights of 8' or less. Metal buildings that are meant for onsite assembly can of course have significantly higher interiors. For metal garage buildings that have a lot of space free, one in kit form that you would have to assemble is the better option.
