All about student credit cards
Credit cards have become a part of everyday life for the majority of Americans. To be used responsibly, credit cards should be considered a financial tool, not free money. The account holders are responsible for all purchases they make on credit cards. Some consumers in this country, however, only pay the minimum payments each month. A recent index showed that the repayment of outstanding balances on credit cards in December 2008 declined to 16 percent, the lowest since 2004.
