Many many things about mobile workforce

With so many network users connecting from remote locations, it makes perfect sense for companies to switch from LAN to cloud based IT services. A mobility as a service platform helps with the management, support, direction and protection of long distance workers, the company network and network data from contamination and attack from outside sources by alerting the IT department to endpoint units out of compliance with the latest security protocol or unprotected by the company firewall. Mobility as a service also enables that same IT department to download the latest security patches to its endpoints long distance. Mobility as a service may first and foremost be considered an ideal management solution for an IT department, but it can also be invaluable technology for employees wishing to achieve a better work life balance by allowing them to work from home when their children are sick or when they themselves are too sick to come in to the office. Mobility as a service also empowers workers to put all those hours spent in airports to better use.
