The relative lack of blogging etiquette has only emphasized the need to maintain some sort of structure and the blogging arena. On the part of the blogger, it is important to bear in mind that you are essentially writing for a global audience. Although you may still adopt a personal tone if you wish, remember that other people who may not readily understand your tone or your delivery may read your blog. Blogging was originally used as a way for people to get their thoughts out on the Internet regardless of how trivial or insignificant they may seem to be. While such everyday occurrences may be significant to you, not everyone in your audience will feel the same way.
