In Animal Placement Bureau, special facilities are provided to animal such as they are neutered and spayed. One person is appointed to take care of every 7 dogs or cats present in the centre. Heidi's Legacy Dog rescue is also considered as one the best centers in US. The purpose and mission of all dog rescue shelters is same. Another very good practice is that the people who need dogs usually go to the dog rescue shelters and get dogs from there.
