Paul Quarter. Park Ave is a favorite amongst young professionals and college students. Apartments are still reasonable, running at around $500 to $650 a month for a nice one bedroom, and there are studios for even less. Residents enjoy visiting shops, local coffee houses, and the beautiful, scenic streets. You may already have your heart set on Park Ave, but consider a less hyped, still great place like NOTA (Neighborhood of the Arts).
